Given the choice between the experience of pain and nothing I would choose pain
Having spent the last ten years with whiplash injury and regular bouts of neck pain I have began to look elsewhere for help with the pain !!
The Alexander technique is mindful movement . Learning to use your body as it was meant to move !! It’s proving very useful but I find when you are busy the mindfulness is getting lost both in the movement and mind !
I assume the key is regular meditation .
Going to promise myself a half hour every second day and see what difference it makes .
