That looks easy ! It can be quite difficult to do but what I try is

1 find something in your life to be grateful for .

2 keep it simple , I am grateful that I am breathing .

3 Let the good thoughts grow one tends to attract another .

4 This practice of gratitude physically changes your brains structure so you are more likely to feel positive in the future. Note the word practice you must try to do it every day ,
